Shipping and Delivery Policy

We ship across India.

Delivery charge

Delivery is free on all orders. You pay no shipping charge.

How long it takes

• Dispatch: within 2 to 4 working days after your payment is confirmed.
• Delivery: usually 4 to 8 working days after dispatch, depending on your city and pincode. Remote areas can take longer.

These are estimates, not promises. Delays can happen during festivals, sales, bad weather or courier disruptions.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we send you the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp or Instagram so you can follow your parcel.

Delivery address

Please check your address, pincode and phone number before you send your order. Couriers call the number you give us. If the address is wrong or incomplete, or the courier cannot reach you after attempts, the parcel may come back to us. In that case we contact you to resend it, and we may ask you to cover the extra courier cost of sending it again.

Cash on delivery

We do not offer cash on delivery at the moment. Orders are paid in advance.

When your parcel arrives

Please check that the package is sealed and undamaged, and record a video while opening it. If something is wrong, follow our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy.

International orders

We do not ship outside India at the moment.
