About us

Moonloom Jewels by Chetna is a small jewellery brand run from India by Chetna.

Products

• We sell fashion jewellery with an anti-tarnish, water-resistant gold-tone finish, made for daily wear.
• Photos are taken with care, but colours can look slightly different on different screens and in different light.
• Sizes and measurements are approximate. Hinged bangles and adjustable rings are made to suit a range of sizes.
• Where each product is made is available on request. Message us and we will tell you.

Prices

Prices are in Indian rupees and include taxes unless stated. Delivery is free on all orders. We may change prices at any time, but an order we have already confirmed keeps the price we confirmed.

How ordering works

1. You add items to your cart and send us your order and delivery details on WhatsApp or Instagram.
2. We check that the items are available and confirm your order in that chat, with the total and the payment details.
3. Your order is final once you have paid and we have confirmed it.

Nothing is charged on this website. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price was shown wrongly, or the delivery details are incomplete. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Payments

Payments are taken through UPI, bank transfer or the payment links we share with you in the chat. Please pay only to the account or link we send you in the conversation with us.

Care of your jewellery

Our finish is made to resist tarnish and water in daily wear. To keep it looking good for longer, keep it dry when you can, store it in its pouch, and put perfume and lotions on before you wear it. Wear and finish can still change over time with heavy use, chemicals or rough handling, which is normal for any jewellery.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for the products we sell being as described and arriving in good condition. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather or events outside our control, or for damage caused by misuse. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, as far as the law allows.

Using this website

Please do not misuse the website or try to copy its photos, text or logo for your own use without asking us. All content here belongs to Moonloom Jewels by Chetna.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms follow the laws of India, and any dispute is handled in the competent courts in India.
